Intentional Birth Founders
Meredith and Alicia are the founders of Intentional Birth, and are besties in birth and in life! Between them they have given birth six times, owned several successful doula businesses, witnessed hundreds of births, and mentored doulas around the globe. As the years roll on, their trust in women and in birth continues to grow. Their love of the birth community led them to create Intentional Birth, where they support birth professionals and families with transformative learning around physiologic birth.
